We’re growing — and looking for a Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager to lead our cloud strategy, DevOps excellence, and Microsoft partner initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Drive the technical success of our Microsoft partnership, leading competency achievement and supporting business development across the German market.
Manage the operations of our Agilibo SaaS platform, ensuring reliable DevOps, maintenance, support, and upgrade cycles.
Lead a small team of developers and DevOps engineers, guiding migration from Exoscale to Microsoft Azure and future infrastructure projects.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs, ensuring performance while staying budget-friendly.
Support clients technically — helping them use Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft tools effectively.
Ensure integration across systems, maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performing architecture.

What You Bring
Experience in Azure cloud environments, SaaS operations, and DevOps management
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Partner Center, CPOR, etc.)
Skills in cloud cost management, infrastructure optimization, and team leadership
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
A proactive mindset and the ability to work across disciplines
