Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Fundraising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, investment, and relationship management, with a proven track record in securing significant funding for technology or SaaS companies. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying potential investors, and nurturing relationships to secure the necessary capital for Agilibo’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with Agilibo’s growth objectives. Identify target investors, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and strategic partners.
Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. Communicate the value proposition of Agilibo and provide regular updates on the company’s performance, milestones, and opportunities.
Pitch Development and Presentation: Create compelling pitch decks, financial models, and investment materials. Present the investment opportunities to investors, effectively conveying the vision, potential, and financial health of Agilibo.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, investor preferences, and competitive landscape. Use this information to refine fundraising strategies and enhance the appeal of the Agilibo product to investors.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with investors to secure favorable terms for Agilibo. Ensure that all agreements align with the company’s strategic goals and long-term vision.
Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other members of the executive team to align fundraising efforts with overall company strategy. Provide regular reports on fundraising progress and investor engagement.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, agreements, and communications.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or a similar role within the technology or SaaS industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Skills: Proven track record of successfully raising capital for SaaS or technology companies.
Strong network of contacts within the investment community.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results under pressure.
Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and achieve ambitious targets.
